• Build a detailed  labor and materials list to carry out the plan
• Estimate the costs of both the work involved and document the bill of materials required to fulfill the design
• Project manage the work using our approved list of contractors all the way to it successful completion

When you hire our team for your project, you will receive a detailed agreement regarding your project, addressing all of your questions. Any changes that may arise during the course of a project will be fully detailed and jointly agreed to by both you and by us before proceeding.
